Geared towards clients that prefer to stay in to hammer their fitness routine. Your personal trainer will meet you at your home or gym of preference and provide a personalized program to meet your strength and recovery goals. This includes:
Your PT will travel to you and coach you through 2-4 sixty-minute training sessions per week so you can maximize your strength and conditioning levels
24/7 Accountability support from the Coach so you have a partner keeping your progress and motivation up at all times
Your PT will tailor your routine and improve your muscle engagement to reinforce proper form and progressively adjust any existing muscle imbalance needs through specialized Corrective Exercise techniques
You will lose weight/gain weight/become more comfortable with your body in the proportion you stick to the nutrition and training guidelines that are recommended by your program
